How to Learn CSS & Why It's Important

What is CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)?
CSS is a front-end programming language that is used to describe how fonts, layouts, and the colors of web pages should be presented. The benefits of learning a foundational language like CSS are endless.
Easy to learn and in high demand
In addition to being a foundational programming language, CSS is also one of the easiest to learn, and it’s a skill that is currently in high demand by employers. CSS is a great starting point for learning to code, and is a versatile language that you'll be able to use on a variety of projects and applications.
Works well with other coding languages like HTML
CSS works in close conjunction with HTML (Hypertext Markup Language). If HTML is the “house” then CSS would be the “furnishings.” HTML tells your web browser how it should display images and text, and HTML tags guide the placement of media. CSS can then be added to give those elements creative flair.
