We Care About
We are working to create an environment in which people from underrepresented backgrounds are supported and able to succeed.
Empathy & Respect
We are striving to graduate engineers who are respectful, conscientious members of their teams and communities.
We are structuring and adapting our program to make careers in tech accessible to people from all backgrounds.
What We're Currently Working Towards
Our success-based tuition model makes a coding education more accessible to people with diverse financial situations. We also offer deposit assistance to applicants from communities underrepresented in tech.
We offer resource groups for students and staff from backgrounds underrepresented in tech to support each other and build community. Current groups include our LGBTQ and Women, Trans, and Gender Non-Conforming groups.
Code of Conduct
We take our Code of Conduct seriously. It requires students and staff to treat each other with respect and dignity.
Deposit Assistance Program
We are committed to supporting students from communities underrepresented in tech, such as women, trans folks, people of color, refugees, and veterans, to name a few. As part of this commitment, we offer deposit assistance to five students from these communities each cohort. If you've already filled out an application, click below to apply.Apply Here
